Request a dedicated IP for email sending and ensure you are in control of your own online reputation. While shared IPs work for many, some larger senders prefer to be on their own and take full responsibility for their sending reputation. $9.95 cost + 5% volume charge will apply.
Roll over credits at the end of the month. It happens. You sent a little less than normal on your monthly plan and don't want to lose those credits. We don't blame you. $0.99 cost and 13% roll over fee will apply.
Need a dedicated server to power your mailings? Purchase a top-of-line server to power your online campaigns. Each server is equipped with dual Xeon processors and two dedicated IPs to help you manage multiple campaigns.There is a two-week delay between subscription and setup. A dedicated server requires at least a three month subscription. $599 cost or 15% volume charge will apply (whichever is greater).
Once in a while, your list is bigger than the credits you have left in your account. Instead of our system stopping your send when it reaches the limit, choose to all overages and your campaign will keep sending until it is done. You will be charged a fee for the amount of credits you go over, but all of your readers will get your message.
All messages sent through the SimplyCast system include a "powered by SimplyCast" logo at the bottom. Some mailers prefer to remove this branding to avoid any confusion with their own company. For this a 25% volume charge will apply.
