We will just come out and say it and hope you don't run for the hills. Mailworkz is now SimplyCast!
No, we are not going anywhere, we just had one of those home makeovers without the fancy reality show.
Don't worry if you are confused or worried, take a deep breath and let us ease your concern.
Any time a company changes its name, there can be a great deal of confusion among customers. Right away, you want to know what the change will mean to your business and ongoing email marketing campaigns. As you can imagine there is a lot of work that goes into a transition process like this and we are doing our best to make it as seamless as possible for our customers.
Think of it like the historical transition that took place in Washington D.C. at the beginning of 2009. President Barack Obama could not just show up for work on Monday morning and start his new job. There was a transition period where the outgoing staff and the incoming staff had to work together to get on the same page and keep things as seamless as possible for the American public.
That is kind of like what has happened with Mailworkz and SimplyCast, except without all of the politics and fanfare.
What does it all mean to you?
SimplyCast is now the name of our company and our email marketing service.
If you are currently using one of the Mailworkz services like Zebratracks for example, think of SimplyCast as the new and improved release of the Zebratracks service.
Don't worry, all of the important stuff like your login and how to use the service has not changed. In fact, it has gotten better with more features to try out.
All the hard work and information you have created in the Zebratracks interface has been automatically transferred over to SimplyCast and ready for you to use.
The update will not cost you anything and you can login with the same username and password. There is no need to create a new account but if you do by accident, not to worry, the SimplyCast team will fix it up for you.
We recommend you head over to the SimplyCast website today, log in with the same username and password as you use with Zebratracks and see for yourself that everything is going to be okay.
Still feel more comfortable with the old style? That is fine for now because there is the option to revert back to Zebratracks and use what you know best. But that option won't be around for long, so it would be in your best interest to become acquainted with the SimplyCast interface soon.
