Calling all new graduates! Are you seeking a full-time work opportunity and also want to pay off your student loan?

Who can apply?

This program is aimed at graduates looking to work in full-time sales, computer science and engineering roles.

What will I get out of this program?

If you are chosen, SimplyCast will make your minimum monthly student loan payment. You gain a full-time position at a thriving tech company plus assistance to help you get debt free!

To see if you qualify, you will be asked to provide details about your student loan payments, three personal references and a letter of interest.

How do I apply?

Fill out the form on this page, in addition to the standard SimplyCast application. Simply select the job you are interested in and click “Apply Now.” You must fill out both the form below and the standard employment application.

The SimplyCast special committee will review applications on a monthly basis and invite selected applicants for an interview. No phone calls or emails please.

How long will SimplyCast continue to make my payments?

We will make your minimum monthly student loan payment as long as you are employed with SimplyCast.

What are acceptable references for me to give?

Your references may consist of three of the following:

  • one professor
  • one volunteer organization
  • one private sector past employer, if possible
  • one personal reference (friend or family), if other references are not available

Do I have to fill out both applications in order to apply for this program?

Yes. In order to be considered, you must fill out the Student Loan Repayment Application found on this page and the standard SimplyCast job application. To fill out the standard job application, visit our Careers page. Select the job you are interested in and click "Apply Now."

Is this program only for new graduates?

No. As long as you have graduated and you have student debt, you may apply for this program. You do not have to be a recent graduate in order to gain debt assistance, just a new employee of SimplyCast.

Is there an age limit for the program?

No, there is no age limit to apply.

Do I have to have student loan debt in order to qualify?

Yes. In order to qualify for this specific program, you must have student loan debt. If you do not have debt but still want to apply for a position at SimplyCast, visit our Careers page and apply through the stand application process.

If I apply and do not get chosen for this program, does that automatically mean I will not get a position at SimplyCast?

No. You may be offered a position even if you are not chosen to be a part of the Student Loan Repayment Program.

It is also possible that the decision to offer you a position at SimplyCast may be made before the decision to provide you with student loan assistance. If you are offered a position but are still waiting to hear back on the status of your Student Loan Repayment Program application, you may wait until you hear a decision about both.

How long does it take to have my application reviewed?

The committee meets on the second Tuesday of every month. You should receive a response by the second Friday of every month if you are selected.

How will I be contacted about my application?

All correspondence will take place through email. If you are not selected either for this program or for a regular position, you will not be contacted.

Who is on the committee that reviews the applications?

The committee is made up of one management employee, one full time employee and one coop employee.
