Senior (Sr.) Sales Associate

SimplyCast, a leading provider of interactive marketing software and services for organizations worldwide, is seeking a Senior (Sr.) Sales Associate to join our team. This is a remote position. 

About the Position 

Are you a seasoned sales professional looking to join a SaaS company to expand your skills and grow in a new role? If so, we are interested in meeting you! 

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Conduct sales activities, including finding contact information, creating messaging and researching prospective clients. 
  • Follow-up on inbound/outbound marketing leads and identify qualified opportunities providing appropriate levels of information at the right time for interested prospects. 
  • Cold call prospects generated - Identify prospects to contact via cold calling and email outreach. 
  • Conduct thorough discovery to identify potential needs and qualify prospects to schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives. 
  • Stay up to date on technology marketing trends. 
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing team members on strategic sales approach. 
  • Ensure successful follow-through of the sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information. 

Job Requirements: 

  • 2+ years in B2B Software sales and/or relevant experience. 
  • Cold calling experience required. 
  • Email marketing experience preferably. 
  • Highly motivated, self-disciplined, organized, and professional with a competitive drive.  
  • Experience improving Sales Development KPIs. 
  • Structured and robust communicator, both written and verbal. 
  • Consistent track record of 100%+ of quota achievement as an individual contributor.
  • Experience working with CRM Applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience operating in a high growth environment.
  • Attention to detail, resourceful and highly organized.
  • Active listener with curiosity.
  • Proactive with a collaborative attitude.
  • Self-starter with proven initiative.
  • SaaS, EdTech, or Higher Education experience is a plus.
