SimplyCast, a leading provider of engagement software and services for organizations worldwide, is seeking Telemarketers to join its teamTelemarketers will have the option to work remotely from home.  

About the Position 

We are looking for enthusiastic Telemarketers to generate sales either by cold calling or answering requests in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for informing potential customers about SimplyCast’s services. 

Compensation  

Telemarketers will be eligible for an hourly wage of CAD$12.60 to CAD$14.00      depending on the applicant's level of experience.

Job Responsibilities 

  • Cold call potential clients using a given phone directory to introduce them to SimplyCast’s services
  • Ask pertinent questions to understand the potential client's requirements 
  • Persuade the potential client to book a demo by demonstrating how our services meets their needs 
  • Record the potential client's personal information accurately in SimplyCast’s CRM 
  • Keep records of calls and sales and record of useful information 

Job Requirements 

  • Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role 
  • Working knowledge of telephone systems 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills 
  • Skilled in negotiation  
  • Persistent and results-oriented 
  • Patient and able to handle customer rejection 
  • Minimum Grade 10 education. High school diploma or equivalent is a plus.
