So last week we revealed our new industry-leading campaign manager, SimplyCast 360, which has been in development for years. It is finally here, and we have been getting lots of questions about it. This blog post will be dedicated to answering some of those burning questions.
So... what is it?
The 360 Automation Manager is a communication platform that sends out messages automatically over multiple modes of communication. You create campaigns using whatever elements you want (email, signup form, SMS, etc.) and the platform will automatically send messages on the date you have specified. One of the most exciting features of the 360 Automation Manager is that it automatically sends messages to customers based on their preferences that they have selected. It will also send time-delayed messages after actions take place.
What's this I hear about it being ideal for emergency use?
The 360 Automation Manager sends out multiple messages on multiple channels of communication quickly and efficiently. This means that once it has a list of contacts to send to the platform can reach everyone very quickly when you activate the campaign. Every second counts in situations like bomb threats or forest fire, and the 360 Campaign Manager is able to contact thousands of people rapidly using SMS, voice messages, and email.
Is it complicated to use?
The 360 Automation Manager has been designed from the beginning with ease of use in mind. Although it is a highly complex decision-making platform, it is very simple to create and analyze your campaigns. The platform features a drag and drop interface and you simply pull built-in arrows from one element to another to connect them.
Each separate element that you input (signup forms, email, voice messages, etc.) will have its own separate report that you can view after your campaign has been sent out. And if you have additional questions, we offer superior customer service and many great resources such as guides, FAQs and more.
How will it make my life easier?
The 360 Automation Manager allows you to focus on other areas of your business, while helping you to maintain an engaged and relevant relationship with your customers. It caters to customers' personal interests so they are more likely to respond to the messages they receive and they are not getting bulk send-to-everyone messages that they don't want. The 360 Automation Manager also follows up with customers by sending time-delayed messages.
So, for example, if someone purchases a house from your real estate company, you could set it up so they receive a message one month later making sure they are satisfied and asking them to contact you if they have any questions or concerns. Six months later, they receive an industry news update on changing property laws that might affect them and so on. You stay connected with the customer automatically and are able to show your continued support.
Does it come in red?
It comes in any color you input into your campaign.
We hope this post has answered some of your questions, but if you have more please feel free to leave comments. If you are wondering about something, chances are someone else is as well.
