Centralized Jobsite Tracking

It is in the best interest of companies who manage jobsite projects to have a system in place that keeps the status and other information of these projects organized. Operation executives often need to oversee several worksites and confirm that they are progressing smoothly. This can be challenging to handle, as there are a lot of important factors to keep track of at each individual jobsite. This can be made much simpler with a digital solution, which ensures that operation executives can manage jobsite projects using a single central interface.

SimplyCast presents the idea of a centralized jobsite project tracking solution, a use case designed to help companies ensure their worksite projects are managed effectively all in one place. This system reduces the manual tasks required to efficiently manage a jobsite project, making the process much smoother for everyone involved.

This solution is intended to be used by jobsite managers and operations executives.

The Process

SimplyCast anticipated the need for a centralized interface capable of managing all the aspects of jobsite projects. This solution helps resolve any issues with scheduling, project management and tracking, and staff recall all in one central location.

Within this process, operations executives and jobsite managers have just a few simple steps to follow.

Operations Executive- Step 1

Whenever a new jobsite project is scheduled to begin, the operations executive can choose to either fill out an online form or mark the work location on a map. As the project progresses, the manager can update the status using a form which will automatically change the jobsite location on the map.

Jobsite Manager- Step 1

The jobsite manager records each worker’s schedule as needed, and if there is ever a case where the necessary number of workers or specialists is missing, the job will be flagged. The operations executive also has access to the schedules if they are needed.

Jobsite Manager- Step 2

The system can launch a recall when additional staff or specialists are needed unexpectedly. They are notified via email, phone call, and text message, ensuring the required number of workers are at the jobsite. The manager can set the appropriate number of staff or specific specialists they need during the recall launch process.
