Every week, we are going to put one of our all-in-one marketing features under the spotlight just to make sure you know about it. Don't worry, this is not 60 Minutes, so no undercover smear jobs. Just the straight-up facts of what the feature is and what it will do to help you with marketing.
Uploading a Recorded Voice Message
A few weeks ago we talked about using Text to Speech with our Voice Broadcasting app. Voice Broadcasting is not limited to just text to speech, you can easily upload your own voice message that you have previously recorded and start sending in minutes.
To get started, log in to your SimplyCast account and select the Voice app. Once you have finished creating a new project, you will arrive at the Voice editor. Look for the message section on the left side of the page and click on the select audio file button to upload your file.
We support audio file formats such as:
- .WAV
- .MP3
If you are not sure how to record a message, and you are working with Microsoft Windows, look for the Sound Recorder program (typically found in the Accessories folder). If you are working on a Mac, newer versions of QuickTime allow you to record in these formats.
Sending Pre-recorded Voice Messages
Once you've selected your file and uploaded it, you can apply your desired options on the right side and save your project. When you are satisfied with the campaign, click on the next button to continue with sending.
That is all, you have uploaded pre-recorded voice messages and sent them to your customers! To learn more about how easy it is to use SimplyCast for all your marketing needs, contact our sales team!
