Goodbye Event Management, Hello Event Automation!

Hello Event Automation

Move over, event management! We have developed a new and improved way of planning and implementing event automation.

Instead of balancing and juggling all the different aspects of the event management tool, we have made the SimplyCast 360 Automation Manager the go-to place for event automation.

What does event automation mean?

Right now, the event management tool is separate from the all-encompassing SimplyCast 360. Basically, Event Management takes some elements from our automation manager to help you plan your events. But, by doing all your event planning in our automation manager you will be able to take advantage of the full range of tools to make your event planning even better!

The automation manager will allow you to use landing pages, email automation, and any other tool you may need to make sure your event goes off without a hitch! You can even use SMS through the automation manager to have guests RSVP to your event.

What about ticket management?

We will still allow you to be able to use PayPal for ticket payments inside of our landing page builder. Here is where we run into a slight difference from the event management tool.

Previously, you were able to do automatic communications based on payment transfers. In our automation manager, this is not yet possible. However, we are working hard to make a ticket management tool that is even better than event management ever was! Payments can still be processed with PayPal but this will not be able to trigger actions yet.

When is this happening?

The event management tool will be taken down on October 31, 2015. This leaves you will four weeks to get your events transferred and taken care of.
