The Process

Operators – Step 3
Operators then receive those messages and can indicate if they’re able to get to work on clearing the road.
Operators – Step 4
When a limit is set on the number of snowplows needed, operators who respond after the limit is reached will receive a message indicating that no additional snowplows are needed.
