Step 1 – Association Administrator 

The restaurant associations have administrators, who perform the first step of this process. When a store wants to create a new deal, whether that be a menu change or a special promotion they are doing, the new offer is added to the system. The administrator can view all of these new tasks, and create content to send to program members to inform them of the changes. 

Step 1 – Customers 

This process is extremely straightforward for reward members. When a new offer has been added to the system, they will be notified, or may come across new deals online. Once they decide to take advantage of an offer, they simply go to the restaurant where staff will scan a QR code and confirm that they are a program member. Each offer has a specific code tied to it, so once scanned it will be automatically applied.
