Applicants – Step 2

The applicant is then either sent an automated interview invitation or a message notifying them that their application has been declined.

Hiring Managers – Step 3

Finally, ahead of any interviews, the hiring manager can be sent an automated reminder email including the applicant’s details, which will make any necessary manual follow-ups extremely simple.
