One of the more exciting features that will be launched tomorrow when Version 5.0 of SimplyCast goes live, is an interactive FAQ (frequently asked question) section. This has been a major project in the works for some time because we know even our industry-leading support team can't answer every question at the moment you need it. Now on top of contacting support by phone, email or live chat, you can visit the FAQ section to find the help you are looking for. You will be able to search by keyword, by category and even look at the Top 10 most viewed issues. The new FAQ is also very interactive because you can add a question (that will be answered in a 24 hour period), comment on a question or answer and even rate if the answer provided enough help. All of this will provide important feedback that will allow us to improve the FAQ as time goes on. Try it out tomorrow and let us know what you think.
