Step 3 – Home Visit Check-Out 

Once the home visit has been completed and the team member has left the location safely, they can fill out a second short form to officially check out. If a predetermined amount of time passes, and they still haven’t checked out, they will automatically receive a message reminding them to complete the form. Their partner may also be set up to receive a message, letting them know they should reach out and confirm that the visit ended safely. 

Step 4 – Final Review 

When the visit has been successfully completed, the team manager has the option to review a detailed report. This report may contain information such as a timestamped record of each check-in and check-out, a record of all reminder messages that were sent, and an individual contact profile where any relevant information is stored.
