Upon submitting the form, members will receive updates from union reps on a regular basis, customized based on the information they put into the form. 

Step 3 – Reminders 

Once per quarter, the system will automatically remove the tag from step 1 and send them a reminder to update their contact information. By checking for this tag, the system can automatically sort people who are not complying with policy and flag them for manual follow-up.  

 Step 4 – Reports 

By reviewing reports you can identify issues in delivery quickly, measure the success of engagement efforts, and gauge interest in certain regular events or courses.
