Email runs into a lot of deliverability problems, over and above just spam filters. The biggest of these is making an email compatible both with the usual email viewers and also mobile. It is often challenging to get working emails on mobile, and many businesses still don't have mobile friendly email templates. That's where SimplyCast 360 comes in. We've built a simple editor that functions with easy to use drag and drop, so you don't need a lot of code-based knowledge to make a complex, attractive email. In addition, you can make your emails mobile friendly at the click of a button.

How can I do that?

Once you're in the application, drag and drop an email campaign element onto the workspace. Click the menu icon in the upper right corner of the element. Select "Start Setup Wizard" and begin to customize your email. Once you've selected a template and basic color scheme, you'll be presented with the main editor, where you can drag and drop elements to customize your email. In the settings on the far left of the screen, you should see a list of options that look like this:

Once you see that, find "Mobile Friendly," marked on this image with the red "New! Mobile Friendly" text. By selecting this option, the editor will do everything you would normally have to do in order for your post to display and function properly on a mobile device.

Why would I make mobile friendly emails?

Mobile friendly emails are important if you want to deliver your messages regardless of the device viewing them. Many people don't have time to check their email on a computer all the time but carry mobile devices with them on a regular basis. Because they do that, your emails will actually be viewed sooner and more frequently than previously, but only if the email viewer on their mobile device is capable of opening your copy.  That's what this feature is for.

Does this feature cost more?

No, this is a setting that is standard on all our emails, regardless of the level of email or platform package you have purchased. Making your emails mobile friendly is something we want to offer to all our customers.
