Later, additional resources are sent to the account holder automatically as they progress through onboarding.

Once an account has completed onboarding, the account holder is sent a survey asking them for feedback on the onboarding process. This creates an opportunity to improve it for future accounts.
Administrators – Stage 5
Finally, administrators are able to review the responses to the feedback survey and can easily make adjustments as necessary.
