Alex is our Operations Manager. He has been with SimplyCast for almost five years and is part of our core team. Today he explains how he went from Saint Mary's University student to accomplished manager.
How did you get a job at SimplyCast?
I was in a class that Saeed taught at Saint Mary's University. I posted on LinkedIn that I was looking for work and was offered a job interview.
Which educational institution did you graduate from and what did you study?
I graduated from SMU with a Bachelor of Commerce, Major in Computing and Information Systems.
How did you hear about SimplyCast?
The CEO, and my professor at the time, Saeed El-Darahali mentioned it to me.
What made you want to join the SimplyCast team?
When Saeed offered me an interview, it sounded like a great place to work.

How does SimplyCast differ from other employers you have worked for?
SimplyCast was a true startup when I first began working here. Previously, I had only worked as a low level pleb for large corporations. Here, you have power and the work you do matters.
