We have made some changes to our Reporting interface in the SimplyCast 360 application. You will now be able to access your reports all in one centralized location, rather than in each individual channel, which will hopefully increase your marketing efficiency by allowing you quick and easy access to your campaign reports.
You will now be able to access your reports by going into your SimplyCast CRM and clicking on your client ID in the top right-hand corner of the page. The Reports tab will show up in the slide menu that appears.
Filter your reports
Here, you will be able to choose from which channel you would like to see your campaign reports by selecting the application from the drop-down menu at the top of the page. Or, by looking at the tabs on the left side of your screen, you can choose to view your Flagged Reports, the Application Reports, as well as any 360 Reports you may have.
In addition to now being able to filter your reports by channel, you are also able to filter your reports by date, making it even easier to find the report you are looking for. Instead of scrolling through your potentially long list of email reports, for example, you can simply select the filter button on the right of your screen and select the date range you would like to look at.
Downloading made easier
Another change we have made to the SimplyCast 360's Reporting feature is that before, you could only download specific sections of your reports, but with the updates you now have the ability to download your report in its entirety. Again, we hope that this will make reporting easier and more efficient for you and your business, by keeping all the parts of your reports together in one document.
To download your report, you must first open the report in your browser. Once you have the report open, the download option appears as a square blue button on the top right-hand side of your screen.
