For quite some time users have enjoyed the freedom of accessing client information on Drupal, SalesForce, WordPress and more. Well, now we have integrated another big player in the CRM game to the list - SugarCRM. Pretty sweet eh? (Yes, it was too hard not to say it).
For those who don't know, SugarCRM is an easy-to-use customer relationship management (CRM) platform, designed to help any business communicate with prospects, share sales information, close deals and keep customers happy. Who would not want access to that right?
As a SimplyCast user, you can now with a few clicks, connect to your SugarCRM account and upload data into your SimplyCast account. I wish there was more to it than that but really it is that simple.
Just enter your Sugar login information, your Sugar homepage, and whether you want to access contacts or leads. Please note that the information does not automatically update. It is a one-way integration for now. If you want the most updated Sugar details, you will have to upload a new list. You must also be using the latest version of Sugar, which is version 6.5.
It does not matter if you are using your list for email marketing, online survey marketing, fax marketing or sending an event RSVP. That is what is so great about using SimplyCast, the options are endless.
