Awards are more than simply excuses to show off. Awards are a recognition of quality. When your company begins to receive awards, it helps confirm that you are on the right path for success. Awards are often an inspiration to keep improving and to work even harder.
For SimplyCast, we began to gain recognition and awards in 2011. Capterra listed us as one of the 20 most popular marketing automation software solutions. IDC Canada included us on their list of Top 10 Canadian Cloud Companies to Watch. We were selected as one of Canada's most promising startups by C100. We were also listed as one of the Top 200 Technology Innovators in Canada.
These honors were just the first few. Since then, we have been listed on many more top technology lists and have received awards that help show our progress. One of SimplyCast's core values is to always celebrate our successes. Although awards are not of paramount importance, they are achievements and the entire SimplyCast team gets excited and spreads the word.
Awards encourage us to push our progress even further. Last year, SimplyCast was named as a finalist for the Innovative Business of the Year Award by the Halifax Business Awards. Raab Associates Inc., a leading independent consulting firm that researched marketing technology and analytics, ranked us in the top quadrant for marketing automation solutions. We were also recognized once again by Capterra, who ranked us fifth in total number of customers and in the top ten for most popular marketing automation software. 2014 was quite a year for SimplyCast.
As we continue to strive to be the best marketing automation solution available, we will reach greater heights and gain greater brand recognition. The honor we are always most excited to receive, however, is the feedback of our customers. Without focusing on its customers' needs, a company can only go so far.
