Today marked the launch of SimplyCast’s New Email Editor! After months of hard work, the team is excited to unveil this powerful editor with all its new features and functionality.
With that said, here’s everything you need to know about the New Email Editor and how you can use it effectively for your organization.
Complete Redesign
First things first, the entire interface for the New Email Editor is different from the previous email editor. The New Email Editor’s interface is designed to be easy to use and intuitive. From choosing a template to use to designing the email content to sending the email — each stage of the process has been designed with user-friendliness in mind.
New Template Options
Speaking of choosing a template — the New Email Editor has tons to choose from! With support for multi-column layouts and wide-width emails, you can now choose from a series of empty, default template or browse through SimplyCast’s extensive library of pre-designed templates that are ready for you to use.

Responsive Emails
You heard right — the New Email Editor creates responsive emails. This means that no matter what device your readers receive your email on, it will be optimized for that device. However, before sending, we suggest you preview the email with the new Preview tool that allows you to see the email on different device resolutions as well as send a test email to yourself!
New Design Options
Each and every element you add to an email design gives you complete design options. You even have options to set project-wide default values and styles. Although there are default settings you can certainly use, you can also change each and every setting yourself. This helps you ensure the email is exactly how you want it.
The New Email Editor will be replacing SimplyCast’s previous editor as the main editor in the application. The previous editor will still be available as Email Classic until late Fall 2019.
