Moving into a larger office space is exciting for any growing young company and it's a great sign of things to come. As our team expanded, we started searching for a more suitable space.

The original SimplyCast office was a tiny little space which had the feel of an accounting office with small, bland cubicles. It wasn't near any major facilities and didn't have a lot of light or warmth. It also didn't provide common spaces where members of the team could collaborate. Clearly, we needed something that was a better fit for our open office culture and allowed for more communication among the team.

We finally found the perfect new space, bright and open and centrally located. The office had windows (an improvement!), whiteboards (basic yet essential) and lots of interactive spaces where our team could work together on ideas and development. It wasn't long before we brought out our arsenal of Nerf guns and turned the new office into a battleground at lunchtime.

Moving into a bigger office also allowed us to focus on expanding our team. As always, we focused on searching for talented people who were a great match for our culture, not just filling positions as quickly as possible.

Although SimplyCast has since moved into an even bigger and better space, we cannot forget the little office that started it all. It gave our team the chance to explore new ideas, and it was where our multi-channel platform became a reality and a success.
