Here at SimplyCast, we are always looking forward and seeking to improve the user experience for our customers. As we continue to make changes to our technology, we strive to keep you updated with all the information you need to know.

We would like to update all our customers about current browser support initiatives. As Version 8.7 is released, SimplyCast will no longer be supporting versions of Internet Explorer from Version 8 or earlier.

Version 9 and newer versions of Internet Explorer will continue to be supported, as will other internet browsers including Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari and Opera.

All customers who use the SimplyCast platform with Version 8 or older versions of Internet Explorer have been contacted by our customer care team. The team does provide some assistance to help you upgrade your browser if you are using an early version. To save time, however, we suggest that you contact your IT department for assistance.
