Executive Director - Public Sector Division

About This Position

The Executive Director, Public Sector oversees the operations and management of the public sector division.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic plans to guide the public sector's unit's growth and expansion, in alignment with the organization's mission and goals.
Create brand awareness among organizations to inform them of SimplyCast’s all-in-one platform and digital tools.
Oversee the unit's budget, financial performance, and revenue cycle management, ensuring financial stability and optimal resource allocation.
Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the unit, including growing and managing the team.
Establish and enforce standards and protocols to maintain high-quality use cases, monitor use case strategies and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with professionals to stay up to date with new use case implementations by building positive relationships with community organizations and promoting use case awareness.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
Minimum of 2-4 years of progressive leadership experience.
Stay up to date with SimplyCast’s information security management system to safeguard client information.
Proven track record of successful financial management and achieving operational targets.
Experience in leading and managing a large team of diverse professionals.
Familiarity with information systems and technology applications.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Strong leadership abilities with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex challenges.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with various stakeholders.
Proficient financial management skills, including budgeting and financial analysis.
Ability to navigate and collaborate in a highly regulated and dynamic environment.
