Steps to Success
- When beginning the process, you must create a way for contestants to sign up. Using a landing page or online form that can gather contact information and other relevant data enables contestants to sign up. A confirmation email will send out.
- During the next step the solution will pause sending and notify the handling manager that a contestant has entered. Once there is a contest winner, the solution will continue.
- When the handling manager designates a winner, the solution will automatically personalize and send an email to the contestant pool. The email will inform all of the contestant pool that the contest is over and another to the winner notifying them.
- The handling manager can then review the reports to ensure that there were no issues. And can also review reports to improve the process for the next time there is university contest or university giveaway
