How Do I Change Credit Cards in My Account? | VFAQ

To update your credit card details in your SimplyCast account, look for your account number shown on the top-right corner of the page, then do the following:

1. Click on your Account Number.
2. Select Subscription from the drop-down menu.
3. Click on the Billing Information tab on the left.
4. Enter your Billing Address and Credit Card Information. It is important that you enter the billing address that is used on your credit card statement.
5. Next, click on the Terms of Service checkbox if you agree to our Terms and Conditions. A link to our Terms and conditions is provided for your review.
6. Click Update Your Billing Settings to complete the update.
