FAQ: How can I stop my contacts from being reset every month?

This only applies if you have a contact-based email marketing plan.This function is no longer enabled by default, and in order to reset your contact subscription you will need to use the "Reset Contacts" option. This option can be found under the My Account menu by selecting Account Information.
