No, at this time you may only use a credit-based plan (monthly or pay-as-you-go) for SMS marketing campaigns sent through SimplyCast.
We suggest that you use a pay-as-you-go plan because it allows you to send more, but a monthly plan works as well. Please see our SMS pricing page for full details.
