FAQ: How are hard bounced emails handled?

When a message cannot be delivered, it may be marked as a hard bounce if the address does not exist, for example. When this occurs, the address is marked in your list as a hard bounce. Once an address is marked as a hard bounced, it cannot be mailed to again unless it is added to a different mailing list.
