The Contact Changed element makes it easier than ever to be aware of changes in your contact's information, but if it changes frequently, it may send communications repeatedly. By using a Duplicate Filter element in conjunction with the Contact Changed element, you can prevent anyone who has already gone through the flow from going through again.
