FAQ: How do I cancel my account?

To cancel your SimplyCast account:

1. Go to My Account
2. Select Subscription
3. Click on the "Cancel Subscription" tab
4. Complete the form on this page and click "Confirm" to process the cancellation

We DO NOT accept cancellation requests via phone or email. Only cancellations processed through the website can be honored per our terms of use.
