FAQ: How do I view a list of bounced emails?

You can view a list of bounced emails from your email marketing campaigns by doing the following:

1. Select the Email application
2. Click on the Reports tab from the Email Dashboard
3. Next, locate the mailing that you would like to view.
4. Click on the bar graph icon to the left of the campaign name to view the results page.
5. On the results page, look for the tab labeled Bounced Emails near the bottom of the results page.
6. Report data can be downloaded using the Download button.
