FAQ: How do I access/view the unsubscribe lists for each channel?

All unsubscribe lists can be found in their respective channels. To access a specific channel's suppression list, follow these steps:

1. Go to the channel’s dashboard and select "Unsubscribes" from the menu on the left-hand side of the screen.
2. You will then be brought to the unsubscribe list for that channel. You can download the unsubscribe data by clicking the arrow icon, or you can manually unsubscribe a contact by:
   1. Clicking the blue Unsubscribe button
   2. Entering the information for the contact you wish to add in the sidebar that appears (the information you enter here depends on the channel you selected: email address for email unsubscribe, for example)
   3. Clicking Add to List when you are done
