No. You have implied consent for anyone you had an existing relationship with before July 1, 2014. After that date, any customers have the CASL consent rules apply to them. So implied consent only lasts six months to two years for them. In addition, some forms of express consent are no longer valid after that date, so running a re-optin campaign to gather as much in the way of new express consent is in your best interest.
