FAQ: What is Contact Changed?

Contact Changed is an element that allows you to trigger campaigns whenever the CRM receives updated information about a contact in a single or multiple fields, with the ability to select multiple types of criteria across the three update types: column, which looks for changes in the contact's profile; metadata, which looks for changes in a contact's metadata, such as tags assigned or links clicked; lists, which looks for whether a contact has been added to or removed from a list. You are able to match and modify these three criteria to create and/or scenarios, giving you near-limitless possibilities to automatically trigger campaigns.

While it is a campaign starting point, it can be found under the Customer Relationship Manager heading in the SimplyCast 360 editor.
