Microsoft Office 365 Outlook

Microsoft Office 365 Outlook users can now sync their contact data with SimplyCast's app. This functionality enables you to keep all your important information up to date so you can do highly targeted marketing. You can choose to have your information updated between platforms every day, week or month as needed.

How do I install Outlook?

 

Integration Features

Sync your contact database to and from Microsoft Outlook and SimplyCast with bi-directional syncing. Important contact information is updated as often as you choose, so you never have to worry about your information being out of date.

  • Push and pull information between Microsoft Outlook and SimplyCast CRM
  • Automatically update information such as name, phone number, address, social networking information and more
  • Create, edit, retrieve and update contacts on either end
  • Map any contact field in Microsoft Outlook (name, address, email, job title, etc.) to any contact field in our system

*Microsoft's API currently only supports Office 365 users, but support for regular Outlook.com users is coming soon.
