SimplyCast now integrates with popular customer relationship management software SugarCRM as a SugarCRM Technology Partner.
The integration allows users of both platforms to seamlessly manage their contact data and keep all information up to date automatically.
Users have the ability to run personally targeted marketing campaigns based on each customer's unique personal profile.

The integration allows for custom field mapping. When a user creates, updates or deletes contacts in Sugar, a notification is sent to SimplyCast to update contacts. The SimplyCast application sends updates to Sugar in order to keep contact information up to date. Users can specify how often they want synchronization to happen and can select up to daily frequency. Keeping contact data current and tracking contact activity helps users personalize their marketing campaigns, making them more effective.
