Are there notifications for blacklistings?

Yes, you will receive an email notification if your IP has been listed on any of the Blacklists that are checked by the system.

Does that email only go to me?

You can also set additional email addresses to be notified by visiting the Blacklist Monitor Settings.

What does blacklisting prevent me from doing?

If your IP has been blacklisted, you'll be prevented from sending to anyone covered by that blacklist, customer or not. This will significantly impact your sending ability so it's best to avoid it.
