How do I change credit cards in my account?

To update your credit card details in your SimplyCast account, look for your account number shown on the top-right corner of the page, then do the following:

  1. Click on your Account Number.
  2. Select Subscription from the drop-down menu.
  3. Click on the Billing Information tab on the left.
  4. Enter your Billing Address and Credit Card Information. It is important that you enter the billing address that is used on your credit card statement.
  5. Next, click on the Terms of Service checkbox if you agree to our Terms and Conditions. A link to our Terms and Conditions is provided for your review.
  6. Click Update Your Billing Settings to complete the update.

Why would I change my credit card?

Depending on your situation, there could be a number of reasons. You may have canceled or replaced your credit card, or the account may have changed hands internally, for that matter perhaps the business has changed cards and the corporate card needs updating. No matter if you've changed cards, renewed and gotten a new number, or in the event of a privately owned account changing hands so the business now owns it, it is possible, and we're happy to facilitate.
