How do I load my mailing list using the copy/paste method?
To load your mailing list using the copy and paste list method, you will need to perform the following steps:
- Go to the CRM
- Click on the "Upload List" button
- Choose "From Text" from the drop-down list
- Paste your mailing list data. Each record must be on its own separate line, and if additional fields are included they would need to be separated by commas. Please note that the first record in your data is used to create the column/field names contained within your mailing list. For example, if you have an email and a first and last name you would enter records like this:
Email, First Name, Last Name
firstname.lastname@example.org, John, Doe
email@example.com, John, Somebody - If you just have email addresses, the list would look like this:
- Complete the list upload process as usual.
