How many phone numbers can I call at once?

It fully depends on the number of contacts or contact lists you have selected or uploaded to our CRM software. The user can upload multiple lists of contacts containing large numbers of contacts, and use as many lists as your phone broadcasting campaign requires.

SimplyCast does not provide lists, contact databases, or automated calling post numbers of any kind. The deliverability and security of our products is held to a very high standard of requiring opted-in contacts for sending purposes. We also make it very easy for recipients to unsubscribe from the phone broadcasting campaign, with only one button to press to unsubscribe.

To select your list(s) of contacts to add to your phone broadcasting campaign:

  • On the contact selection page in the setup process, select the dropdown menu under “Select Your Lists” field.
  • All current lists uploaded within SimplyCast’s CRM will appear and you can select one or more of them to include.
  • If you are looking for a specific named list you can search for it in the “Search for a List” field, and the options will be filtered to easily locate the desired list.
  • Once you have selected the number of contact lists you wish to include in your phone broadcasting campaign, you can close the drop-down list selection and continue with setup of your campaign.

It is important to note that SimplyCast’s no code phone broadcasting solution is able to dial phone numbers that require an extension for different geographical locations. Within the CRM the user can include necessary extensions for the contact.
