Why am I getting an error integrating with Salesforce?

If your Salesforce subscription does not include API access, you will need to upgrade it to be able to use this function. Once you've upgraded, you will be able to import Salesforce contacts directly into SimplyCast. Please note that this a Salesforce limitation.
