I never received my test email even though the reports are saying it has sent. Why?

From time to time emails find their way into spam folders. While this isn't always the case, it does happen. If you see that your test message was sent but never received check the different incoming email folders you've got including spam. If you're still not able to track down the email contact support either by live chat, phone, or email.
