What are user roles?
User roles are usually a representation of your business's functions, which are based on different permissions. SimplyCast allows you to create different roles with different levels of access and functions based on the needs of an individual or group.
In "Multi-User" under your Account Settings, you can create different roles. For example, you can create a role for your marketing team that grants them access to the CRM and email application along with editing and deleting permissions. For a different department, you may create a role that only grants them access to an app but does not allow them to edit or delete within said app.
You can allow different permissions within each role. This will help you manage your team and keep your account organized.
