What information does the Contact Changed element filter?
You can choose to activate the Contact Changed element based on three update types: column, metadata, and lists. In general, the element will trigger whenever contacts on any of the lists associated with the element are updated based on your settings. Column updates will trigger the element if the specified columns in the CRM are updated with new information. Metadata updates will trigger the element in the event of a metadata change, such as link clicks or email opens. Lastly, list updates will trigger the element whenever a contact on any of the lists associated with the element is added to or removed from a list.
