MARKETING AUTOMATION FEATURE:

Since the 360 Automation Manager has been designed to be very simple to use, in order to edit an element you simply click on it.

As there will be many different elements on the editing area, it is important to be able to access each one individually without disrupting the others.

The click to edit feature allows you to change only the parts you need to.

HOW TO USE:

Let's say you are creating a campaign involving emails and SMS messages as the two possible ways customers can receive updates. You have your emails all set up and you have your SMS messages ready to go as well.

At the last minute, you decide that if people select SMS as their preferred mode of communication you would like the very first confirmation message that is sent to be a voice message to make a more personal connection. 

You can easily click on that particular SMS element and replace it with a voice element without any other parts of your campaign being altered. This feature allows you to make whatever changes you need to without disrupting all the other parts of your project.

Once you are logged in to our application:

When you are in the editing area and you wish to edit an element, click once on the element.

The options for editing that specific element will appear on the left side of the screen.

To save changes that you have made to your campaign, click the “Save” button in the bottom right corner of the screen.
