The contact manager is used in the same way if you are doing email, SMS, voice or fax marketing. You upload a list and maintain it after each send. New people will subscribe and others will leave.
To begin, you can choose to add to a list one at a time or you can upload a file (CSV) of user information. If you have a signup form connected to the list, new subscribers will show up all the time.
Common formats for uploading include CSV, EXCEL and plain text.
Once you upload a list you can then export, create filters, copy, delete or clean the list.
If you store your contacts elsewhere, on another CRM for example, we provide seamless integration so you can connect and import your contacts into SimplyCast.
