Following up with alumni is an important process for universities. Follow-up can be easily automated so you can stay in touch with donation emails at set intervals. When students are about to graduate they'll be sent a signup form so you can collect their post-grad contact information and tag them in your system as alumni. After a set time a triggered email will be sent asking for a donation. If they are interested in donating they'll be added to another campaign to do so. If not they'll be sent another email at a later date. A donation email will also be sent on each anniversary of their graduation.
