CRM Tutorial: Manually Add a Contact to a List
To manually add a contact to a CRM list click on the contacts tab and then select the contact you wish to add to a list. Now, under new activity select “add to list.” A drawer will slide out where you can then select which list you want to add the contact to. Once selected, click save and the contact will be added to the list you selected. You can have a contact be in as many different lists as you want.
If you wish to view what lists that contact is on, click on details and then select lists. From here you can see which lists the contact is currently on. You can also add them to additional lists by clicking the “add to list” button.
